Experience the thrill of Class 1 and 2 rapids as you paddle 5.5 miles through a beautiful section of the South Fork of the Catawba just 20 minutes from Charlotte! While paddling, you'll also learn about the South Fork River and the greater Catawba-Wateree River Basin, as well as Catawba Riverkeeper's current mission-critical work.


There will be 2 tours available 

  • Saturday, April 5  tours will take place from 9 AM - 1 PM and 2 PM - 6 PM.

  • Sunday, April 6  tours will take place from 9 AM - 1 PM and 2 PM - 6 PM.


Cost:  Eco-Tour Tickets are $55 each.


Difficulty & Experience Level: Though still welcoming for adventurous beginners, this is an intermediate tour that will teach participants about river navigation and water safety basics.
